@ohBananaJoe Since M. Night has never admitted it, yeah it's a theory, but all "signs" point to it being correct. Even the plot holes like the "aliens" being killed by water, why come to earth, covered in water? But if the water is "holy water”? If you re-watch with them being demons, the whole movie makes a lot more sense.
