@SimonWoods He has a history of announcing things that never actually happen or happened way after promised. Not sureI would call it bragging, but overpromising.

@manton Great change. For the future, it would be nice to be able to mute right from the timeline, in the official app at least. Mona does this for Mastodon. Highlight word(s) and a mute option appears in the normal iOS selection popup.

@manton Just upgraded to Premium(thanks to the pricing changes), but not able to sign in to Epilogue and Strata. Is there some process that needs to happen to register the account upgrade.

@writingslowly How Mozilla works today. Wasting effort and money on projects that don’t advance the core browser. Firefox needs to be around it, Google doesn’t want it to beat Chrome.

@SimonWoods Awesome. Thanks for sharing that. I figured it may exist already. Mostly did my thing to see how far copilot could get on a simple task.

@maique Just the other day I was wishing I could export my M.B following as an OPML. Took it as an opportunity to see how well Github Copilot could write something. Took about an 30 minutes for a working Python script, and another hour to port that to Rust.

@manton TestFlight for the M.B app is about to expire. Planning on pushing an update or should we switch to App Store version?

@AndyNicolaides Just planned a Disney trip we will be taking next month, without Hey. You don’t need it and it’s good to not give the “bell nuggets” any money.

@bradenslen In the US at least, giant trucks/SUVs that get ever larger, wouldn’t seem to be anything government regulations are requiring.

@SimonWoods Totally agree. Having used Kagi, DDG does feel cheap. The constant popups for other DDG offerings had started to annoy me as well, they have ramped that up.

@manton tried pinging @help about this but haven’t heard anything. My issue is images not “opening” in the official app. They work fine in timelines but when I tried to zoom/open them it results in a blank page. Using the official appp from Tesrflight v3.2.2(302).
